Advertiser Policy
Effective Date: 01. July 2025
This Advertiser Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Netnetix advertising platform operated by Revbox Ltd (“Revbox”), a UK limited company. By registering for and/or using Netnetix.com (“Netnetix”), you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Scope and Application
This Policy applies to all advertisers using the Netnetix platform, whether signed up directly with Revbox or via an authorized third-party publishing or reseller partner. In the case of indirect relationships, some provisions (e.g. billing and support terms) may not apply and may be superseded by the partner's own agreement that incorporates these terms by reference.
2. Advertiser Eligibility and Acceptance
Revbox reserves full discretion to accept or reject any advertiser signing up directly. Typically, accepted advertisers:
-
Operate as B2B technology companies.
-
Offer a serious, useful, and stable (non-beta) software product.
-
Provide a product that aligns with Netnetix’s topic-based inventory.
-
Have availability in key geographies and languages covered by Netnetix.
Revbox may remove any advertiser account or product at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Account Setup
Advertisers must provide accurate company details and authorized contact information. Access credentials are confidential and may not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
Accounts may also be established via authorized third-party partners, in which case onboarding, billing, and certain controls may be governed by the partner.
4. Cluster-Based Auction System
Netnetix organizes most inventory in a 3-tier cluster structure:
- Department Clusters (broad categories)
- Category Level 1 Clusters
- Category Level 2 Clusters
To bid on Category Level 2, you must first place a bid on the corresponding Category Level 1 cluster. Department cluster bidding is optional.
Cluster access is determined by Netnetix based on relevancy and cluster classification, as well as the ad blocks included in these clusters, can change from time to time without prior notice.
Bid Inheritance: Bids placed at a higher level are automatically inherited by lower levels unless explicitly overridden.
Inventory Updates: Netnetix may add new inventory sources, domains, or page placements at any time. We endeavor to maintain topical relevance, but final decisions rest solely with Revbox.
5. Ad Copy and Creative Control
Revbox retains full and final editorial control over all ad content, including formatting, layout, and placement. Advertisers may submit change requests for purposes such as branding alignment or factual accuracy; however, Revbox is under no obligation to implement these changes and may approve or reject them at its sole discretion.
6. Bidding and Ranking
-
Bids are placed on a cost-per-click (CPC) basis.
-
Ad ranking is primarily based on bid amount.
-
If bids are equivalent, Revbox may use alternative ranking methods or randomisation.
-
No guarantees are made regarding impressions, placement, or results. Advertisers are solely responsible for evaluating campaign ROI.
7. Click Charging Policy
We endeavor to not charge for:
- Repeat clicks from the same user on the same product in the same inventory within a 30-minute session.
Bot activity is filtered using industry-standard tools, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
8. Budgets
-
Monthly budgets can be set and modified by advertisers. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to monitor and manage budgets according to their needs.
-
Budgets serve as soft caps; they may be slightly exceeded before auto-pause.
-
Campaigns resume automatically at the start of the next calendar month.
-
Minimum monthly budgets may apply and are subject to change.
9. Credit System
-
Credits can be purchased via the platform or through authorized partners.
-
Credits are non-refundable and expire 12 months after issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds, if any, are at Revbox's sole discretion.
-
Regardless of the currency in which credits are purchased, credits are converted to their USD equivalent using the exchange rate published by the European
-
Central Bank at the time of purchase.
-
As part of any transition period during which a partner’s customers (e.g. Appvizer users) gain access to Netnetix, any previously purchased clicks will be converted into equivalent credit balances on the new platform, enabling those advertisers to bid at equal or higher prices.
10. Billing and Payment Terms
Direct Accounts:
-
Invoices are issued in USD.
-
Payment methods include bank transfer, Stripe, or other supported methods.
-
VAT is applied where applicable.
-
Disputes must be raised within 14 days of invoice issuance.
Billing Types for Direct Accounts:
-
Prepaid (Top-Up): Advertisers may fund their account via credit card or invoice. Auto-top-up rules may apply, automatically recharging selected amounts when the balance falls below a threshold.
-
Post-Payment: Advertisers accrue spend and are invoiced at the start of the following calendar month. Invoices must be paid via credit card or wire transfer per the issued invoice.
Partner Accounts:
-
Billing may be managed by the partner.
-
Partners may invoice in other currencies.
-
In such cases, this section does not apply, and the partner's billing terms prevail.
-
For example, Appvizer (appvizer.com) is an authorized partner platform; advertisers who sign up via Appvizer will have their billing governed by Appvizer’s terms, which override the direct-account billing terms described above.
11. Campaign Controls and Termination
Advertisers may:
- Pause or resume campaigns.
- Activate, deactivate, update bids on any cluster topic they have access to.
- Override inherited bids on individual clusters.
Campaigns may also be paused or cancelled by advertisers via support request. Requests may take several hours during business hours and longer outside of them. Following cancellation:
- All outstanding balances become immediately due.
- Any remaining credit balances are forfeited and are non-refundable.
Revbox may suspend or terminate any campaign or account:
- For violations of this Policy.
- For underperformance or technical issues.
- For non-payment.
- Or for any other reason, at its sole discretion.
12. Reporting and Forecasts
-
Daily performance metrics include clicks, impressions and CPC.
-
Forecasts (e.g., expected clicks or spend) may be shown, but they are illustrative only and not guaranteed.
-
Tracking may include UTM parameters and third-party analytics. Due to different methodologies employed this may differ from third-party analytics solutions.
13. Support
Direct advertisers may contact support via email or the platform’s helpdesk. Partner-signed advertisers may be directed to their partner’s support team.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public business, technical, and financial information confidential, including bid strategies and platform data. Revbox may share such information with its authorized partners involved in the Netnetix network solely for the purpose of delivering the service. Advertisers must not grant access to the platform to unauthorized third parties.
15. System Availability and Maintenance
Netnetix may occasionally be unavailable for scheduled or emergency maintenance. Revbox does not guarantee uninterrupted access or platform uptime and is not liable for downtime or related disruptions.
16. Compliance and Legal Use
Advertisers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: fraudulent claims, illegal services, misleading or deceptive offers, and content that violates intellectual property rights.
17. Feedback and Brand Use
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to Revbox by advertisers may be used by Revbox without obligation or compensation.
Advertisers advertising on Netnetix grant Revbox a non-exclusive license to use their logos and public brandmarks in marketing materials and the context of customer showcases. Advertisers who do not wish for their logos and/or brandmarks to be featured in such a manner can opt-out by sending a written opt-out to notice Revbox.
18. Limitation of Liability
Revbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
For advertisers contracted directly with Revbox, total liability under this Policy shall be limited to the total amount actually paid to Revbox by the advertiser in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
For advertisers signed up and billed through an external partner, Revbox’s liability shall in no event exceed the total amount actually received by Revbox from the partner in connection with the relevant advertiser’s activity during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
For direct advertisers, this Policy is governed by English law and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK. For partner-based relationships, dispute terms may be governed by the partner's agreement.
20. Changes to this Policy
Revbox may update this Policy at any time. Where changes materially alter the nature of the services or your commercial relationship with Revbox, we aim to provide prior notice through appropriate channels, such as email or a platform message. Minor changes or clarifications may be made by updating the Policy on our website without direct individual notice. We encourage you to review the current Policy periodically, as your continued use of Netnetix after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
21. Interpretation and Precedence
In case of conflict between this Policy and a partner agreement, the partner agreement prevails. The English version of this Policy governs in case of discrepancies with translated versions.
